MORAN KIDD ATTORNEYS' MOTION TO DISMISS WARN ACT COMPLAINT IS GRANTED
Moran Kidd Attorney Michael A. Tessitore was quoted in a Law360 article, "Butler & Hosch Gets Temporary Reprieve From WARN Act Suit," on October 8, 2015. The article is the latest in a series of articles tracking the class action lawsuit filed by former Butler & Hosch employees alleging the firm’s founder should have personal liability as a result of alleged Warn Act violations. The article highlighted the federal judge’s ruling granting the motion to dismiss the claims asserted against the firm’s founder filed by MK Attorneys Tessitore and Parkinson. In response to the judge’s ruling dismissing the individuals’ claims asserted against his client, Tessitore was quoted saying those claims "are gone and should not be included" in any subsequent complaint filed by plaintiffs.
