Kenn Gluckman joined Moran Kidd as a Partner in 2017. Kenn practices in the firm’s Transactional Department. With a diverse background in transactional law and litigation, Kenn represents a wide variety of businesses focusing on providing critical advice and transactional guidance.
Specifically, Kenn focuses on company formation, corporate governance, company agreements, buying and selling businesses, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital raising, employee issues, franchise operations, and commercial real estate.
Kenn is also a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Civil Court Mediator. He holds the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® rating, which is the highest possible rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability. Kenn previously worked for a management-side labor and employment law firm, one of the top ten largest commercial law firms, and his own small business law boutique firm focusing on general business representation.

Kenn is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Kenn is also a current or past board member of Orlando, Inc. (Orlando chamber of commerce), Impower, Inc. (a nonprofit supporting children), and Maitland Soccer Club. He was previously Chairman of the National Entrepreneur Center’s 100 Club. Kenn has served on a number of company advisory boards for the SBDC Advisory Board Counsel and volunteered for the UCF Technology Incubator. Kenn is also a graduate of Class 63 of the Leadership Orlando program.
