Jason Del Rosso joined Moran Kidd’s Litigation Department in September 2016. Jason’s practice is focused on defending individuals and commercial entities in state and federal court litigation involving a variety of business, employment, and liability issues.
Prior to joining Moran Kidd as an attorney, Jason served as a law clerk with the firm after both his first and second years of law school at Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated with honors in May 2016. While attending law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Florida State Law Review as a Notes & Comments Editor and worked as a Professor’s Research Assistant, gaining extensive experience regarding start-up businesses and other corporate law issues. Additionally, Jason was published in the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal for an article examining Fourteenth Amendment issues in the context of admitting privilege laws.
Prior to attending law school, Jason obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Fordham University, where he served as captain of the Fordham University Division I Men’s Golf Team.
