Chuck Nix joined the firm in December 2007 as an associate focusing mainly on business transactions and real estate, spending a significant portion of time in the formation of business entities and the practice of general business law and commercial real estate. Before coming to Moran Kidd, Chuck worked with Fortune 500 homebuilder Toll Brothers, Inc., undertaking both legal and operational duties for the company. He has represented various business entities in underlying corporate dealings and investors, builders and developers in a multitude of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
