Thomas P. Moran heads up the firm’s Corporate and Business Law Department. As a lawyer with over fifty (50) years of legal and business experience, Tom provides Moran Kidd's clients with unique skills that stem from his handling of many diverse situations throughout those years. He merges years at the top levels of multi-national corporations, reinforced with many years of private law practice in Central Florida.  Tom has been an “AV” rated attorney by his peers for many years in the Martindale Hubbell law directory. 

Tom concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Tom was corporate labor counsel for Martin Marietta Corporation’s Commercial Divisions, and he operated at a Director-level management position in its largest aerospace operation. There Tom was involved in organizational planning, management engineering, Human Resources and project management reviews.

Military
Tom was commissioned an officer in the United States Navy and served on destroyers, various amphibious ships and command and control vessels, primarily involved in communications intelligence. After a number of years at sea, he served at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, History and Government, teaching midshipmen Micro and Macro Economics. Tom finished his military career attached to a Naval Intelligence Unit in Baltimore, Maryland.
