Workers’ Compensation Defense

 

Kathryn Holloway joined Moran Kidd in 2007 as an associate. Her practice is focused on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, self-insured funds, carriers and third party administrators. Kathryn appears before the Judges of Compensation Claims throughout Florida to defend her clients on various issues, including compensability of accidents, occupational disease and exposure, controversy and contribution among carriers, permanent total disability and temporary indemnity.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn gained litigation experience as a certified legal intern for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Broward County. During law school, Kathryn also interned for Eleventh Judicial Circuit Judge Israel Reyes in Miami.
